Ask for the perfect summer drink and many will answer, the Paloma. A traditional Mexican cocktail, the Paloma is also known to many as the "lazy man's margarita." What we love about it: it's sweet, a little sour, and a little salty. This particular Citrus Paloma recipe incorporates freshly squeezed orange, lemon, and light natural soda.

What You'll Need
1-2 oranges
Lemon or lime
Tequila blanco
Agave nectar
Course sea salt
Sparkling water or light flavored water (ex. La Croix)
The Breakdown
Combine the juice from your oranges with a splash of lemon or lime juice in a large carafe or shaker.
Mix in about 2 tbsp of agave nectar (to your liking) along with 2 or more ounces of tequila.
Moisten lid of glass with a slice of citrus, then coat the rim with sea salt.
Pour mixture into cocktail glass of your choosing, and top with 5-7 ounces of light sparkling water.
Finish with a squeeze of lemon juice, and an orange peel.
