Cocktail Hour : DIY Spritz

The most commonly enjoyed aperitif in Italy, the Spritz is more than just a light and incredibly refreshing cocktail, it also represents a long time social custom. Part of its charm? It’s incredibly easy to make. Follow along with our fantastically simple Spritz recipe, just in time for summer!
What You’ll Need
Prosecco
Aperol
Club Soda
The Breakdown
1. Fill a standard wine glass with ice.
2. Pour 3 parts Prosecco, followed by 2 parts Aperol, and 1 part soda.
3. Garnish with a slice of orange.
