If you are past 30 days but within one year of the purchase date and your product is defective, you may return the merchandise for store credit. This credit will be issued as a promotion code and can only be applied to merchandise costs on thesak.com. Credits cannot be applied to shipping charges.
One exchange per paid item will be accommodated for domestic orders only and is not applicable to international shipments.

"Originally I ordered a size 10 because a lot of the reviews were saying to size up. When I received them they were way too big, so I exchanged them for a 9 (my usual size) and they fit PERFECT. The return/exchange process for Sak was so easy and stress free. They sent me the new shoes fairly quick and I love them! They’re super comfy, I’ve been wearing them at work for my 12 hour shifts and I’ve had no feet pain. As of right now I like them better than my Birks. Will be ordering another pair!"

"These are fantastic. I love that its a wide-toed shoe because our feet are naturally supposed to be shaped this way. Years and years of wearing narrow (which people call normal) shoes which change your foot shape have these feeling like a dream. My shoe size differs based on brands. Lately have been wearing 10. 5 more and the 10 did NOT fit me (i listened to some other reviews and should not have). The back edge is raised and my heel was coming straight down on top of it in the 10. The 11 is great!! Customer service is great and did an exchange for me. Due to it being suede, there will be some markings and small imperfections (seen in my pictures) even after using a suede brush."
